This Mini Witch Cocktail Hat with Red Cat is a fun hat to dress up your Halloween or wear to work for National Cat Day (which falls on October 29th within the USA). This hat should give your feline-loving colleagues a smile!
COLOR
This dark purple-black, felted cocktail hat has a raspberry red cat lounging on it, as cats do.
SHAPE
The hat's shape is conical, with a small bill for the cat to lean out over. The cat is stuffed with Merino wool and is squeezable.
SIZE
The cocktail hat fits all sizes. It rests on top of the head, at an angle, secured on with black, millinery elastic which is worn behind the ears and slipped under the hair at the nape of the neck.
It's a medium thickness of felt.
CARE
Care instructions: felt is a natural fiber, that is water and stain-resistant. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Air dry.
Rest assured that no cats have been harmed in the making of this hat. Nor have any cats modeled it. If you like, your cat can do so ;)

Each FeltHappiness Hat is entirely handmade and created from soft Merino wool fibers using the technique of wet felting. It's an ancient and simple craft that takes patience and lots of kneading to shrink the fibers into a strong, flexible, and warm felt. To learn more, see HERE.
In addition to insulating, wool naturally resists water. Hence, your felted hat will keep you warm in chilly weather and dry in light rain. Plus, wool resists mildew, dirt, and fire!
